Local Mitigation Strategy (LMS) Planning Committee to Meet on Wednesday, October 14, 2015

The Union County LMS Planning Committee/Work Group will meet at 10 AM on Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at the Union County Courthouse, Commission Chambers located at 55 West Main Street.  The County encourages any interested citizens and business owners to attend and provide input. The Committee guides the preparation of the Union County LMS, which serves as a plan to reduce the community’s long-term risk for protecting people and property from the affects of natural disasters and to build a safer and stronger community. YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of Union County, Florida, to foreclose certain real and personal property described

as follows:

A parcel of land lying, being and situate in Section 10, Township 6 South, Range 18 East, Union County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:

Commence at the Southeast corner of the Northwest 1/4 of Southwest 1/4 of said Section 10, and run North 03 degrees 49 minutes 52 seconds West, along the East line of said Northwest 1/4 of Southwest 1/4 of Section 10, a distance of 910.98 feet;
