AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKE BUTLER REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBER 01-04, CHAPTER 27 SECTIONS 1 THROUGH SECTION 10, CODE OF ORDINANCES, AND ENACTING A NEW CHAPTER 27 SECTIONS 1- 9, CODE OF ORDINANCES, PROHIBITING THE ABANDONMENT AND KEEPING OF JUNKED VEHICLES ON PUBLIC PROPERTY AND ON PRIVATE PROPERTY, PROVIDING FOR THE REMOVAL OF  VEHICLES FROM PUBLIC PROPERTY AND FROM PRIVATE PROPERTY IN THE INTERESTS OF THE HEALTH, SAFETY AND WELFARE OF THE CITIZENS OF LAKE BUTLER, ESTABLISHING PENALTIES AND REMEDIES, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, PROVIDING SEVERABLILTY, AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

The City of Lake Butler proposes to adopt the following ordinance: Ordinance 2017-03. A public hearing on the ordinance will be held October 17, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 200 SW 1st Street, Lake Butler, FL 32054.
