The City of Lake Butter does hereby provide public notice pursuant to RUS Instruction 1780.19 of its intent to apply for funding eligibility to the USDA Rural Development Utilities Program. The purpose of this application is to determine the availability of funding, including grants, as part of the City’s ongoing effort to improve the Wastewater Effluent Discharge Site.
