Mr. James A. Tallman, of Union County Board of County Commisioners, has submitted an Environmental Resource Permit (ERP) application number ERP-125-231454-1. The project is located in Union County, Section: 1, Township: 6 South, Range: 19 East, and includes 2.3 acres. The ERP application is for a new building and attached pavilion. The project will include 0.85 acres of proposed impervious roof area.

MINING MORATORIUM ORDINANCE NOTICE OF ENACTMENT

BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF UNION COUNTY, FLORIDA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an ordinance, which title hereinafter appears will be considered for enactment by the Board of County Commissioners of Union County, Florida, at a public hearing on January 16, 2018 at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the Boardroom of the Union County Courthouse at 55 West Main Street, Lake Butler, Florida 32054.  A copy of said ordinance may be inspected by any member of the public at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners, located at 15 Northeast First Street, Lake Butler, Florida, during regular business hours.  On the date, time and place first above mentioned, all interested persons may appear and be heard with respect to the ordinance.  The title of said ordinance reads, as follows:
