The Keystone Heights City Council will hold PUBLIC HEARING on November 2, 2015 at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as can be heard to consider Ordinances 2015-552, 2015-553, 2015-554 and 2015-555. 

The PUBLIC HEARINGS will be held at City Hall, 555 South Lawrence Boulevard, Keystone Heights, FL 32656 in the Council Meeting Room.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF KEYSTONE HEIGHTS, FLORIDA, AMENDING Chapter 3 – ADMINISTRATION, ARTICLE VII. – CODE ENFORCEMENT, specifically, SectionS 3-91 thrpugh 3-100, TO DISSOLVE THE CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD AND ALLOW THE USE OF A SPECIAL MAGISTRATE FOR CODE ENFORCEMENT PROCEEDINGS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF KEYSTONE HEIGHTS, FLORIDA, AMENDING Chapter 7 – Traffic Code, Article III – Parking Schedules, specifically, Section 7-15 Schedule I – Parking Prohibited, TO PROHIBIT PARKING ON SOUTHWEST PEACH STREET IN BETWEEN HIGHLAND AVENUE AND ORCHID AVENUE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE IV, SECTIONS 3-77 AND 3-78 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE CITY OF KEYSTONE HEIGHTS; CHANGING THE DATE OF THE MAYOR’S PROCLAMATION FOR CITY ELECTIONS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICT WITH OTHER ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance.

Please be advised that if a person decides to appeal any decision made to any matter considered at such hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceeding for such purpose. He or she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

Pursuant to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, a person deciding to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting or at any subsequent meeting to which the Board has continued its deliberations is advised that such person will need a record of all proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of all proceedings is made, which must include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

6. THIS PETITION FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE SHOULD BE GRANTED BECAUSE: The marriage is irretrievably broken.

7. THERE ARE NO MARITAL ASSETS OR LIABILITIES.

8. WIFE FOREVER GIVES UP HIS/HER RIGHTS TO SPOUSAL SUPPORT (ALIMONY) FROM THE OTHER SPOUSE.

9. Wife requests to be known by her former name, which was Marsha Elaine Tucker Yon.

10. Wife requests that Husband should pay of the cost of this dissolution.

Wife requests that the Court enter an order dissolving the marriage and restoring Wife’s former name as specified in paragraph 9 of this petition; awarding other relief as specified in paragraph 10 of this petition; and any other terms the Court deems necessary.
