RFQ ADVERTISEMENT CONTINUING CONTRACT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES

RFQ # 2018-01

The City of Keystone Heights City Council is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from professional firms, registered in the State of Florida, pursuant to Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, known as the Consultant Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), to provide Engineering Services for City of Keystone Heights.

The Scope of Services is intended to provide Engineering Services on an as needed basis for various projects.  The proposed work will be known as the “Continuing Contract for Engineering Services”.  The continuing services contracts are expected to have an initial term of three years, with options to extend for one or more years. Qualified consultants who are interested in providing these services may download the RFQ from: https://www.keystoneheights.us/administration/page/public-notice. Any questions regarding this RFQ shall be directed to Lynn Rutkowski, City Clerk, at rutkowski@keystoneheights.us by February 16th, 2018. Qualifications as detailed in RFQ #2018-01 must be received no later than Tuesday, March 20, 2018 by 1:00 pm.  Proposals must be in writing, and may be submitted by the Proposer in person, by courier or overnight to:

All costs associated with preparation and submittal of qualifications shall be borne entirely by the consultant. Submittals will become the property of the City and will become part of the public record, subsequent to award of the contract(s) or rejection of all submittals. Submittals will be evaluated by a selection committee composed of City staff. The selection committee will conduct discussions with, and may require public presentations by, no fewer than three firms. The selection committee’s recommended final rankings will be submitted for City Council approval at a Council meeting date to be determined. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals in whole or in part; to re-advertise for any or all of the services; to negotiate for additional services or materials; and/or to accept the proposals, which, in its judgment best serves the interest of the City.

O. Box 1489, Tallahassee, Florida 32302-1489, on or before April 6, 2018.  Failure to do so will result in a default being entered against you to Revoke said certification pursuant to Section 120.60, F.S., and Rule 11B-27, F.A.C.
