NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 6, 2015, in the above action, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Clay County, Florida, on Sept. 10th, 2015, at 10:00 AM, at on the courthouse steps of the Clay County Courthouse, located at 825 N. Orange Ave., Green Cove Springs, FL 32043 for the following described property:

The West 10 feet of Lot 6 Block 17; Lot 7 of Block 17; Lot 5, Block 18, together with that portion of Eagle Street (a 40 foot right of way) lying between Lot 7, Block 17 and Lot 5, Block 18 of Peeks Subdivision as per plat recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 41 of the Public Records of Clay County, Florida; also being described as follows:

East of and parallel with the Westerly boundary of said Lot 6, a distance of 149.90 feet to the Southerly boundary of Block 17; thence Westerly along the Southerly boundary of Block 17, and a Westerly prolongation thereof and along the Southerly boundary of said Block 18 a distance of 150 feet to Point of Beginning.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.

The Planning & Zoning Board of the City of Keystone Heights will hold PUBLIC HEARINGS on Monday, August 31, 2015 at 6:30 PM or as soon thereafter as can be heard to consider two requests for variance:

Parcel Number 19-08-23-002161-000-00, Keystone Heights FL – Variance, if approved, will allow a relief from the City Code of Ordinances Section 17-100 (a)(5)(b), Rear Yard Setback along the west property line from a 20 foot required setback to at 10 foot proposed setback.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – USE BY EXCEPTION

CITY OF KEYSTONE HEIGHTS

The Planning & Zoning Board of the City of Keystone Heights will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Monday, August 31, 2015 at 6:30 PM or as soon thereafter as can be heard to consider two requests for a Use by Exception:

155 S. Lawrence Ave, Keystone Heights FL- Use by Exception if approved will allow an Ice Kiosk within the parking lot of property.

Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinances.
