Nyasia Davis and Tracey Kemp scored a combined 23 points in the first half, helping the Bradford High School girls’ basketball team build a 31-7 halftime lead en route to a 50-32 District 5-4A win over visiting Keystone Heights on Jan. 10.

Davis, who scored 12 first-half points, led all scorers with 19 points as the Tornadoes (11-5 overall) improved to 5-2 in District 5. Kemp scored 11 points in the first half and finished the game with 16. She also had eight assists, while Davis had 14 rebounds.

Keshanna Ardley added 11 points for Bradford.

Keystone (8-13, 2-6) got nine second-half points—all on 3-pointers—by Caroline McCormick, who led the Indians with 13.
