BASE BID includes constructing 1.4 miles of asphaltic concrete roadway, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, subgrade, limerock base, asphaltic concrete surface, testing, drainage improvements, cross-drains, driveway construction, maintenance of traffic/safety measures, striping, and grassing. Note, SW 104th Avenue is an existing graded dirt road that has asphalt millings placed on it. Bidder shall visit site prior to submission of bid to gain understanding of the extent of work.
