REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

In or about April, 2016, the Board of County Commissioners of Bradford County, Florida received an application for the conduct of phosphate mining activities in Bradford County which was made pursuant to Section 14.6, Bradford County Land Development Regulations.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Bradford County, Florida will accept responses to this request for qualifications until 10:00 A.M. on Friday, June 2, 2017 at the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Bradford County Courthouse, 945 North Temple Avenue, Starke, Florida 32091 for technical and/or engineering services related to the review of the aforementioned application, including but not necessarily limited to review for compliance with the requirements of Section 14.6, Bradford County Land Development Regulations, and other relevant provisions related to Bradford County’s consideration of said application.

Responses will be opened at approximately 10:15 A.M. on Friday, June 2, 2017, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the County Commission Chambers of the Bradford County Courthouse at the address listed above.

Responses will not be valid unless received by the deadline contained herein and must be submitted in a sealed envelope with “RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS – TECHNICAL AND/OR ENGINEERING SERVICES” clearly marked on the envelope exterior.
