EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

Bradford County Emergency Management has a grant for $12,308 and is seeking qualified contractors to execute a Homeland Security Exercise Evaluation Program (HSEEP) Compliant Functional Exercise.

Deliverables:

The selected contractor will be responsible for conducting three exercise planning meetings, executing a functional exercise and developing and completing the After Action Report and Improvement Plan.

The planning meetings, functional exercise, after action report and improvement plan must all be completed by November 30, 2015.  A detailed calendar of plan for execution must be included in this response.

In addition, the contractor will be responsible for assisting the county emergency management office with completing all required quarterly reports, submitting request for reimbursement and conducting the close out report.

Basis for Selection:

Prospective contractors will submit the following by August 19, 2015 to be considered for award:

  1. Proposed completion date (20%)
  2. Previous experience with Bradford County Emergency Management (30%)
  3. Qualifications of firm (25%)
  4. Minority Contractor (25%)
